SJII International School

Proposed A&A to Saint Joseph International Institute Campus at Toa Payoh.

Involvement: Participated in the early stages of tender exercise. Helped prepare tender documents, tender invitation as well as coordinate with tenderers to lead a site show-around. Coordinates with client and consultant on various aspects of the project. Prepare statutory compliances. Created 3d mock-up, illustrations, diagrams  and renders for presentations and/or study.

Duku Place

5-Storey Residential Flats (Total : 24 units) with attic at Mk26 at 12 Duku Place (Marine Parade Planning Area)

Involvement: Participated in the latter part of the construction stage. Assisted in the coordination of Architectural Intent. Coordinated various discipline to ensure that all request for information are handled in a timely manner. Attends regular meeting with clients and consultants to communicate updates regarding the progress of construction as well as highlight potential issues and offer solutions. Prepare and keep records of all meeting.

Koon Seng Road

5-Storey Residential Flats (Total : 24 units) with attic at 111 Koon Seng Road

Proposed new erection of a 7-storey Single User Light Industial Factory Development with Office at the 2nd storey at 70 Lavender Street (Kallang Planning Area)

Involvement: Participated in the post TOP stage. Assisting in current CSC submission. Involved in the detailed defects check. Coordinates with owner and builder to facilitate all the works that need to be done.
